Community Standards

Every advisor is screened against three principles and held to them after approval:

• Direct. She says what she actually thinks, not just what feels comfortable.
• Kind. Honest does not mean harsh. Feedback should help, not humiliate.
• Grounded. Real-world judgment, emotional intelligence, and practical perspective. No therapy-speak.

VoxHer is for perspective, advice, and genuine conversation. Some seekers come with a specific question. Others just need a grounded person to talk to. Both are welcome.

VoxHer is not a sexual platform. We don't sell sexual content, we don't market it, and we don't promise it. Advisors are not here to be romantically or sexually pursued, and seekers should not arrive expecting that.

We trust verified adults to know what they want and to communicate it. We don't police the tone of conversations between two consenting adults — but we draw a firm line at consent itself.

These behaviors will result in immediate permanent removal with no refund:

• Sending sexual messages, requests, images, or explicit content of any kind to an advisor who has not invited that kind of conversation
• Continuing in a direction the advisor has signaled discomfort with, asked to change, or asked to stop
• Pressuring, coercing, or guilt-tripping an advisor of any kind
• Threats of violence
• Harassment, intimidation, or stalking
• Encouraging self-harm or suicide
• Hate speech of any kind
• Soliciting illegal activity
• Any conversation that attempts to involve minors in sexual or romantic contexts
• Requesting, sharing, or attempting to obtain nude or intimate images
• Attempting to identify or locate an advisor outside VoxHer
• Requesting personal contact information or attempting to move off-platform
• Recording, screenshotting, or sharing session content without explicit permission

The advisor sets the tone. Seekers follow her lead. If she wants to keep the conversation in advice territory, that's the conversation. If she invites something warmer, that's her choice. Either way, the seeker does not get to push past where she's set the line.

Advisors choose their own categories, set their own rates, write their own bios, and decide their own visibility (public or private to non-members). They can end any session at any time, for any reason, with no penalty. They can decline any session request without explanation. They can block any seeker.

VoxHer exists to support the advisor's judgment, not override it.

Every advisor and every paying seeker verifies a government-issued ID before transacting. No fake profiles. No anonymous accounts paying for sessions. This is non-negotiable.

For safety and privacy, conversations stay on VoxHer.

Attempting to identify or locate an advisor is an immediate permanent removal. That means searching for her real identity, or contacting her outside VoxHer without her having shared it.

Asking for or sharing phone numbers, emails, social handles, payment apps, addresses, or other personal contact details is also prohibited. VoxHer does not record or monitor sessions, so this is enforced on report: if an advisor reports it, a first violation is a warning or suspension, and coercive, romantic, or repeated attempts are permanent removal.

This rule protects both sides. On-platform conversations are verified, supported, and recoverable if something goes wrong. Off-platform conversations are not.

Less severe violations follow an escalating path:

Warning → 30-day suspension → permanent removal

Severe behavior skips straight to permanent removal.

Session content is private. VoxHer does not record, transcribe, or publicly share conversations.

If an advisor reports a violation, or if a safety issue, dispute, or policy violation is raised, VoxHer may review the last 10 messages of the session and any keyword-flagged messages to investigate and enforce these standards. Beyond that, sessions are not retained.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate VoxHer — payment, identity verification, hosting, and safety tools.

Advisors use persona names. Their legal names and private contact details are never visible to seekers.

Do not ask advisors for personal identifying information, social media accounts, private photos, or off-platform contact. Even if she's willing to share, the session is not the place — that crosses platform rules and the standards she agreed to as well. Trying to find her outside VoxHer is a separate and more serious violation: immediate permanent removal.

Just Talk is for genuine conversation, emotional openness, and talking through what's on your mind when you need a grounded outside perspective.

Vulnerability is welcome. Loneliness is welcome. The line is consent — not whether a topic is heavy, intimate, or hard to say out loud. The advisor decides what conversations she's available for. The seeker respects what she's signaled.

You can be vulnerable. You cannot be inappropriate.
