Open source notices
VoxHer uses open-source software. The notices below cover libraries that run in your browser and the licences they are distributed under.
heic-to (and libheif via libheif-js)
Used to convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPEG in your browser when your browser cannot decode HEIC on its own. It is loaded only at the moment you pick a HEIC file, as a separate download, and it is used unmodified.
- Licence: GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 (LGPL-3.0)
- Licence text: gnu.org/licenses/lgpl-3.0.html
- Source: github.com/hoppergee/heic-to · github.com/strukturag/libheif
The library is used as published, without modification, and is dynamically loaded as its own chunk rather than combined into VoxHer’s application code, so it can be replaced with a modified version of the same library.
