Add funds once and use them anytime. Choose a preset top-up of $25, $50, $100, or $200, or pick any custom amount of $10 or more. Your balance never expires. The one exception: if an account is suspended or banned under our Terms, the balance is frozen and non-refundable.
Live sessions deduct from your wallet per minute. You're never auto-charged mid-session. If your balance runs low you'll see a warning, and the session ends cleanly when you choose or when funds run out. No overdrafts.
Text-based live chat is billed per minute from your wallet, starting at $0.99/min. Each advisor sets her own rate. Billing starts when both of you join the chat and stops the moment either party ends the session.
Face-to-face video calls are billed per minute from your wallet, starting at $1.99/min. Video rates are typically higher than chat, set independently by each advisor, and shown clearly on her profile before you start.
